Rebuilt motor, rebuilt heads from a local shop(three angle valve job, new seals, general maintenance). Car runs exceptionally well, very strong but I am still breaking it in somewhat with roughly 250 miles on the motor. Plugs look good and no indication of oil burning nor being too rich. My problem: only when it's FULLY warmed up and going DOWN a hill it will smoke a bit a bluish/whitish smoke. Aside from that it doesn't smoke. I removed my cats but I don't think that would cause this and also my tail pipes seem to have a fresh oily residue inside them. I will being doing compression tests soon but unsure as to how many miles I needed on a fresh engine before I can get accurate results? If rings didn't seat proper wouldn't I have smoke all the time? I am leaning towards turbo which maybe the exhaust burns the oil when it gets hot but that wouldn't explain the only downhill smoke. Blah. Ideas?
